All orders are shipped on standard type shipping unless otherwise stated in the product description. Transport company will be chosen at the discretion of RedMak Country at the time of dispatch, in most cases we use the services of Australia Post and Star Track unless alternate arrangements have been made prior to dispatch via Contact Us
If additional services such as Tracking, Insurance or Express post are required (at an additional charge) add the required items during completion of checkout.
Additional Shipping requirements rates, - Tracking $1.50 - Insurance$3.00 - Express Post $19.95 ( Not available on larger items, this will be stated in the applicable item description).
We are more than happy to try and accommodate any special requirements where ever possible.
Although we package every order with the greatest of care and personally check each shipment prior to dispatch to ensure it is in perfect condition we do understand that things do go wrong sometimes, as we have no control over transport companies we cannot take responsibility for events during transit. However please contact us upon receipt of shipment if such event should arise and we will do everything we can to assist.
We strongly recommend insured shipping to ensure the safe arrival of your order, please add the required shipping options upon checkout.
If you change your mind or require an exchange we are more than happy to do so. However this will incur a restocking fee merely to cover our Freight, Packaging and order processing costs. Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds must be actioned within 7 days of receipt of your item and will be in the form of a store credit or on an exchange basis and are valid for a period of 6 months.
Refunds or exchanges will under no circumstances be processed prior to receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Although the greatest of care is taken both picking and packing your orders if it is a mistake on our part we will pick up the tab.
